About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, self-driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage and grow our video-first presence across Instagram and YouTube. You will own the full content pipeline-scheduling, posting, design, and channel administration and act as the person who keeps everything running smoothly without needing to be chased.

Key Responsibilities

- Publishing & Scheduling: Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram and YouTube (Reels, Shorts, long-form videos).
- Channel Administration: Own video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, community replies, analytics tracking, and reporting.
- Content Creation: Create graphics, thumbnails, and captions using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Video Editing: Handle video editing and formatting for Reels and Shorts using CapCut or similar tools.
- Social Media Marketing: Drive hashtag research, posting cadence, trend-spotting, and engagement tracking.
- Content Operations: Maintain a content calendar and coordinate between the content creation and publishing steps so nothing gets missed.
- Analytics: Track and report performance metrics (views, engagement,



subscriber/follower growth) and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, design, or content coordination (we prioritize skill and track record over years on paper).
- Design Skills: Robust command of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Platform Knowledge: Confident with Instagram and YouTube publishing/admin tools (Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite).
- Video Editing: Solid video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Self-Management: Excellent organizational skillsable to manage multiple moving pieces independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong communication skills.
- Proof of Work: A portfolio or channel you can point to as evidence of your work.

Nice to Have

- Experience growing a YouTube or Instagram account from a small base.
- Exposure to finance, education, or B2B content niches.
- Range across design, scheduling, and admin/opssomeone who can genuinely "run the show."
