- 5+ years of hands-on experience with FIS Systematics (also marketed as Metavante Systematics or SCI), including deep knowledge of its core modules (DDA, Savings, Installment Lending, Mortgage, CD/IRA, General Ledger).
- Strong understanding of Systematics file architecture: VSAM KSDS/ESDS structures, copybook layouts, and record types.
- Familiarity with COBOL-based processing logic and ability to read/interpret Systematics source programs and JCL job streams.
- Experience participating in or leading data migration, system conversion, or parallel run activities involving Systematics as source or target.
- Practical knowledge of data extraction methodologies from Systematics batch environments (sequential file dumps, report writer extracts, direct VSAM reads).
- Experience creating or reviewing data mapping specifications and transformation logic documentation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data discrepancies
