About the Role

Aaron Obed is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our brand growth, strengthen market presence, and drive business development initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can build impactful marketing strategies while generating new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies.
- Drive business development by identifying new clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, event planners, and strategic partners.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content strategy, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Lead lead-generation campaigns and improve conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using analytics and KPIs.




- Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Brand Marketing and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
- Ability to lead and mentor a marketing team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Background

- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in luxury brands, creative agencies, media, photography, events, hospitality, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.
