We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Tester with 38 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating software applications, identifying defects, creating test cases, and ensuring high-quality product releases. The candidate should possess robust analytical skills and experience in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and validation.
- Ensure applications meet business and quality requirements before release.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills





- 3–8 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Experience in test case design and execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of API testing concepts and tools such as Postman (preferred).
- Experience working with databases and basic SQL queries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Automation Testing tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Testing.
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or E-commerce domains.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, HP ALM, or Zephyr.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
