Role Overview :-

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. The candidate will support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Employee Onboarding Offboarding

- Facilitate onboarding process including induction, documentation, and system setup.
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires.
- Manage exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.

2. HR Operations Administration

- Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee data accuracy.
- Ensure timely documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations).

3. Employee Engagement Relations

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.

Performance Management

- Assist in performance appraisal process and goal setting cycles.
- Track employee performance metrics and provide reports.
- Support managers in performance improvement plans.

5. HR Policies Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills Competencies :-

- Strong understanding of HR processes in IT industry.
- Experience in technical recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications :-

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience in IT domain.

- Exposure to startup or fast-paced IT environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
- Solid stakeholder management skills.
