Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, strategic financial planning, and financial strategy.
- Manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (investors, lenders).
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 18-25 years of experience in finance leadership roles with expertise in CA (Any Specialisation) certification.
- Proven track record of success in managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data effectively.
