- Oversee daily hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IP, OT, Labour Ward, NICU, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Billing, and Front Office.
- Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting time.
- Ensure adequate staffing for all departments.
- Coordinate between medical and non-medical departments.
2. Human Resource Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Resolve staff grievances professionally.
- Organize regular training programs.
3. Patient Care & Experience
- Ensure excellent patient service.
- Monitor patient satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure courteous communication by all staff.
- Improve patient retention and referral rates.
