ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Health Care Virtual Assistant to support medical professionals and patients through query handling, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and remote healthcare coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with a passion for patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other platforms
- Assist doctors and medical staff with scheduling and follow-ups
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Support virtual consultations and remote monitoring services
- Work across different software platforms for patient monitoring,



and cloud-based telephony systems
- Ensure timely and professional communication
- Stay open to learning and training on new software and systems used for patient monitoring

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum undergraduate degree
- 02 years of experience freshers are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Positive computer literacy and typing speed
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and holidays
