About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements.
- Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business documents.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
