We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline and blue-collar roles across the Chennai region. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in high-volume hiring, robust stakeholder management skills, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring timelines while ensuring quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and blue-collar/frontline positions.
- Drive large-scale hiring campaigns to meet business manpower requirements within defined TATs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, job fairs, walk-ins, and local sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, regional managers,



and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely onboarding and seamless candidate experience while minimizing offer dropouts.
- Manage recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness.
- Handle vendor management and monitor recruitment partner performance.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
