Overall IT Experience: 5 to 10 Years Experience

Need minimum solid 5 Years as Test Engineer or above

with preferably Microsoft Technologies Vertical Technologies with Python , Robot - Framework/Selenium

Key Resposibilities

============

- Designing and Developing Test Automation Frameworks
- Writing and Maintaining Automated Test Scripts
- Executing and Evaluating Test Cases
- Bug Identification and Tracking
- Collaborating with Development Teams
- Creating Test Plans and Scenarios
- Participating in Product Design Reviews
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand OSS/BSS system requirements
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system specifications
- Execute manual test cases for web-based and backend telecom applications
- Design and implement automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Postman, or RestAssured
- Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple OSS/BSS components (e.g., Order Management, Billing, CRM, Provisioning)
- Perform regression, functional, smoke, and sanity testing for integrated systems





Tools Used

- Selenium: For web application testing across different browsers1.
- JUnit: For unit testing in Java environments1.
- TestNG: For high-volume automated testing1.
- Appium: For mobile application testing on iOS and Android1.
- Postman: For API testing and automation1.
- Apache JMeter: For performance testing1.
- Cucumber: For Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

Must Have

- Robust experience in OSS/BSS domains (Telecom order management, provisioning, billing, CRM)
- Proficiency in manual testing and creating detailed test scenarios and cases
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or SOAP UI
- Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and validating service flows
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Zephyr

Nice-to-Have:

- Knowledge of SQL for data validation in backend systems
- Understanding of telecom protocols and industry standards (TM Forum, etc.)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
