Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering endtoend recruitment solutions for the organization by sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing positions within defined timelines. The role focuses on business partnering, leadership hiring, and marketdriven talent acquisition to support manufacturing, sales, corporate, and critical leadership requirements.

Key Accountabilities

1. EndtoEnd Recruitment Delivery

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition approval to offer closure and joining
- Handle hiring across manufacturing, sales, corporate, and leadership roles
- Ensure closures within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while maintaining quality of hire
- Drive adherence to approved headcount and hiring plans

2. Sourcing Strategy & Channel Management

- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including:
- Job portals
- LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Employee referrals
- Recruitment consultants
- Market mapping and direct sourcing

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Evaluate source effectiveness and optimize recruitment costs

3. Stakeholder & Leadership Hiring

- Partner closely with business heads, sales leaders, and senior management to understand role requirements and talent expectations
- Act as a trusted hiring advisor for midsenior and leadership positions
- Support succession planning and strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring feasibility

4. Candidate Engagement & Offer Closure

- Lead salary negotiations,



compensation fitment, and offer discussions
- Effectively engage and influence candidates by addressing concerns related to role, compensation, location, and growth opportunities
- Drive high offer acceptance and strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

5. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

- Manage offer rollouts, acceptance tracking, and followups
- Coordinate with HR Operations for seamless prejoining and onboarding processes
- Monitor joining ratio and actively work to minimize dropouts

6. Reporting, Compliance & Metrics

- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and documentation
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, joining ratio, and source effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and applicable labor regulations

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
- High level of ownership, resilience, and execution focus

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Graduation / PostGraduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 710 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, or Home Appliances is highly preferred
