Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supporting the senior architect and project team through all stages from concept development to construction drawings and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Support in developing design concepts, layouts, and space planning.




- Prepare working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being followed.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Research materials, finishes, and building codes.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors as required.

Requirements

- B.Arch or related field, from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3dmax and Photoshop.
- Experience with virtual tools is an added advantage (Eg. Coohom)
- Strong understanding of design principles and building construction.
- Ability to interpret and develop working drawings.
- Positive visualization and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines
