About the Project

ReverseBids.net is developing a Lean MVP for a controlled B2B procurement and reverse auction platform. The developer will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end production-ready web application with complete source code, deployment documentation, testing, and technical handover.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

- Design and develop responsive web applications.
- Build Buyer, Supplier and Admin dashboards.
- Develop secure Login, Authentication and Role-Based Access.
- Develop RFQ creation, management and approval workflows.
- Build Reverse Auction Engine with timer, ranking and bid validation.
- Develop quotation comparison and winner recommendation.
- Generate downloadable reports and audit trails.
- Build notification services (Email/WhatsApp where applicable).
- Integrate Firebase or backend APIs.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Backend Responsibilities

- Database schema design.
- REST API development.
- Business logic implementation.
- Secure authentication and authorization.
- Bid validation engine.
- Audit logging.
- Data backup and recovery strategy.

Frontend Responsibilities

- Responsive UI.
- Dashboard development.
- Forms and validations.
- Real-time auction monitoring.
- Reports and analytics.
- Mobile-friendly interface.

Quality Responsibilities

- Unit Testing.
- Integration Testing.
- UAT support.

Mandatory Conditions

- Work exclusively in the client-owned Git repository.
- All source code, UI, database scripts, APIs, documents and deployment artefacts shall belong exclusively to the client upon successful completion and payment.
- No vendor lock-in.
- No proprietary dependency restricting future maintenance.
- Maintain confidentiality and sign NDA if required.
