This includes office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties. The focus is on buying, selling, leasing, and managing these properties to generate income. It involves various stakeholders such as investors, developers, and property managers. The goal is to maximize the value and return on investment of commercial properties.



Loans are granted based on the income generated from the property and the crediworthiness is evaluated by analyzing the property by its location, amenities, ageing and the revenue generated and the occupancy.Identify and assess, prevent and mitigate and account to provide reasonable measures to adapt before executing an agreement in relation to the real estate and immovable property. Valuation of commercial real estate using software like Argus, extracting key information from lease agreements (including amendments) and rent rolls.
