- 36 years of experience in data warehousing with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and its core features and Cortex AI
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts with the ability to design and build ETL pipelines from diverse data sources (structured, semi-structured, and flat files)
- Experience in automating data ingestion using Snowpipe and orchestration tools, along with writing complex SQL and managing schemas, views, streams, tasks, and stored procedures
- Proven ability to optimize performance and cost using virtual warehouses, clustering keys, and caching techniques
- Skilled in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting code, with a focus on early defect detection and maintaining transparent technical documentation
- Exposure to Snowflake AI capabilities; familiarity with Linux shell scripting required, and Python knowledge is an added advantage
