Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CATIA Design Engineer / Application Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (V6) and will be responsible for providing design solutions, customer training, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify 3D models and engineering drawings using CATIA V5 and CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (V6).
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and workshops to customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for CATIA solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer design and software-related issues.
- Assist customers in implementing CATIA best practices and workflows.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and application notes.
- Stay up to date with new CATIA features and industry trends.

Required Experience

- Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Automotive
- Toolroom




- Machine Design
- Auto Components / Auto Parts
- Electrical Engineering (Added advantage)

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (V6).
- Experience with CATIA Electrical workbenches/modules will be given preference.
- Valuable understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and engineering specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver customer training and provide technical support.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in customer-facing technical roles is an advantage.

Experience with Dassault Systmes products and PLM solutions is a plus.
