Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer who can leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate application delivery, testing, and integration. The role involves building scalable enterprise applications while utilizing AI-assisted coding solutions to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Utilize AI copilots and LLM-based development tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
- Build and integrate responsive user interfaces with robust backend services.
- Incorporate AI services, APIs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities into business applications where applicable.
- Apply software engineering best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Balance AI-assisted development with strong coding standards,



testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance development speed and solution reliability.

Required Qualifications

- Solid understanding of enterprise application development, SDLC methodologies, and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as coding copilots and LLM-based programming assistants.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, with a focus on AI integration rather than model development or training.
- Proven ability to improve delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience & Education

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 15 years of full-time education.
