Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Drive current business through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focusing on the domestic market.
- Key Account Management: Collaborate with the Desired Account Campaign Lead and act as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Customer Success (CS) team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- LinkedIn Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content, run targeted campaigns, and build connections to generate leads.
- Lead Generation Conversion: Engage prospects via calls, social media, and demos to convert them into clients.
- Networking Events: Represent the company at HR/Tech forums, industry events, and client meetings to build relationships and expand business opportunities.





Requirements Skills Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or ABM, preferably in HR Placement or Shared Services industry.
- Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing, and B2B lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and CS teams.
