JD:

- Run & operate web applications/services hosted in AWS & Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, API Mgmt, etc.).
- Provide 24 * 7 Oncall Support (rotation)
- Monitoring & alerting: Configure and maintain monitoring, dashboards, alert rules, and health checks across AWS and Azure
- Incident management :
- Triage alerts,



diagnose issues using logs/metrics/traces.
- Coordinate across dev, infra, and vendor teams.
- Provide updates, timelines, and post-incident summaries.

- Deployment support:

- Support CI/CD pipelines (DevOps/GitHub Actions), release validation, rollback coordination.

- Operational hygiene:

- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, on-call handover notes, known error database.

- Security & compliance adherence:

- Follow access control processes, ensure least privilege, raise access requests when needed.

- FinOps

regular review of cloud spending and optimization.
