Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java Development.
- Experience with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining Microservices-based applications.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems architecture.
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with source control tools such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong delivery-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience working on banking or payment domain highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
