Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR executive of talent acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across leadership, strategic, and operational roles within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment MIS, and ensuring timely closure of positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and manufacturing roles.
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, employee references, LinkedIn, consultants, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening and profile evaluation and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with functional heads and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection.




- Ensure timely closure of position mandates within the defined recruitment TAT.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards with accurate data.
- Ensure proper recruitment documentation and approval workflows are completed for all hires.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Support recruitment planning and hiring-related coordination activities as required.

Requirement:

Hindi communication is mandatory.

4 to 5 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.

Valuable experience in hiring blue-collar and manufacturing roles.
