- 8+ years of overall IT experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience managing Software Development and/or Software Implementation (ERP/Enterprise Applications) projects.
- Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
