KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Interaction: Warmly greet walk-in clients and provide an engaging, qualified guided tour of
the Experience Centre setup and product mockups.
Sales Conversion: Thoroughly understand client floor plans and requirements to pitch appropriate,
customized interior packages and design philosophies.
Lead Management: Diligently track, manage, and follow up with prospective pipeline leads to maximize
conversion rates and meet monthly sales goals.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate efficiently with the design engineering team to seamlessly present
technical quotations and high-fidelity 3D renderings to the clients.
