Role & responsibilities - SAP HCM Testing

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
- experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
- Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
- Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
- Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
- Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g.,



Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Positive to have:

- Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.
- Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.
- Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.
- Familiarity with collective agreementdriven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).
- SAP HCM functional certification.
