We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web applications, leading development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves hands-on development responsibilities, including overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to ensure their ongoing reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Python.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development process.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute individually to the development efforts as needed, including coding and debugging.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with AWS and infrastructure management to enhance project delivery, Managing releases etc.
- Utilize MySQL and PostgreSQL for database design in project.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
2. Good Experience with Python Frameworks
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML / CSS /JavaScript / any modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, AWS (nice to have).
6. Should be ready to learn current technologies.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
