Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to generate business opportunities by contacting potential customers, promoting the company's construction products/services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company's construction products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Update customer information and prepare daily call reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

Experience

- 1-3 years in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads through outbound calling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM software).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
