Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics

- Analyze business performance across products, geographies, channels, and customer segments.
- Develop MIS dashboards and business reports for leadership review.
- Monitor key business KPIs, productivity metrics, and portfolio performance.
- Identify trends, business gaps, and opportunities using data analytics.
- Perform profitability, variance, and root cause analysis.

Strategy Planning

- Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises.
- Develop strategic initiatives to improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate new business models, products, and expansion opportunities.
- Track execution of strategic projects and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Performance Management

- Design and maintain performance scorecards for business teams.
- Monitor achievement against business plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, HR, and Product teams to improve business outcomes.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with regional and zonal leadership.

Data & Reporting

- Build automated MIS and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely reporting.
- Present insights through executive-level presentations and reports.

Process Improvement

- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.




- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and business transformation programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics, or Marketing from a reputed institution.
- Engineering or Statistics background with an MBA is preferred.

Experience

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Business Planning, MIS, or Performance Management.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Consumer Lending is preferred.
- Exposure to retail lending products such as Personal Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, LAP, or Business Loans is an advantage.
