- Conduct regular stock takes to verify inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with a focus on store management or supervision.
- Strong understanding of store keeping principles, including inventory control systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
