AI Developer / GenAI Developer Python, Azure OpenAI, RAG

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Python-based AI application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications using Python
- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Develop vector embedding, semantic search, and metadata-based ranking capabilities
- Create AI-driven metadata generation and content enrichment solutions
- Develop scalable Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Services
- Implement intelligent agent workflows and multi-agent architectures
- Optimize prompts, model performance, orchestration frameworks, and AI workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies,



frameworks, and industry best practices

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building RAG-based solutions
- Azure OpenAI Services
- Vector Databases and Embedding Models

- Experience working in Agile development environments
