Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop Business Associates (BAs) into strong distribution leaders
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and activation of quality advisors
- Ensure achievement of New Business Premium (NBP) targets




- Maintain high persistency, product mix, and profitability
- Coach and mentor advisors to improve productivity and retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
