We are seeking a highly motivated Warranty Claim Processor to support the Japanese commercial vehicle markets.

The role involves end-to-end warranty claims evaluation,Parts inspection and claims as per set warranty policy and guidelines. The candidate will work closely with Japanese service centres,technical teams,quality departments, and global warranty operations to ensure accurate and timely warranty claim assessment in compliance with OEM policies.

The ideal candidate should possess solid Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above), an engineering

background in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, and sound technical knowledge of commercial

vehicle systems.

Review, assess, and adjudicate warranty claims submitted by service centres from Japan markets.

Verify warranty eligibility, repair procedures, labor operations, and parts replacement details.

Analyze technical repair reports, diagnostic information, and dealer documentation.





Ensure claims comply with OEM warranty policies and guidelines.

Identify claim discrepancies and communicate corrective actions to dealers.

Support root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and warranty trends

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Service, and Aftersales teams for claim resolution.

Monitor warranty cost, claim approval rates, and turnaround time.

Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation for audit purposes.

Provide Japanese language support during meetings, emails, and technical discussions.

Assist in developing warranty process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Work Experience ; 2-3 for Engg graduate , 3-5 years for DME/DAE/DEE with reputed

CAR / COMMERCIAL VEHICLES customer services familiar with Vehicle maintenance, warranty services

and Product issues investigations/ diagnostics
