Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the Pega Platform, application architecture, integration, performance optimization, and best practices. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and architect enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform.
- Lead technical solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Review application design, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Design reusable components, frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
- Work closely with Business Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Develop and review case types, data models, decision rules, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and release management activities.
- Participate in estimation, technical planning, and architecture reviews.





Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Pega PRPC application development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Pega Infinity (8.x preferred).

- Report Definitions

- Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, SSO, and LDAP.
- Knowledge of Pega performance tuning, diagnostics, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
- Experience with deployment strategies and CI/CD tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Pega Constellation architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains is an advantage.

Certifications

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA) Mandatory.
- Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is desirable.
