Hiring for Senior Gen AI Engineer
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Python backend development, including 3 years focused
on using and integrating AI services.
- Robust programming skills in Python backend development and proficiency with Azure Cloud
Services and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Ideally familiar with FastAPI and Azure Functions
- Experience with No-SQL Databases (e.g. MongoDB, Azure AI Search, ), Docker, and
Infrastructure-as-Code are a plus
- Familiarity with agile software development processes (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
