Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Cambridge curriculum across relevant grades.
- Develop curriculum plans, schemes of work, academic calendars, and assessment schedules.
- Monitor curriculum delivery to ensure alignment with Cambridge International standards.
- Mentor, coach, and support teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, differentiation, and assessment.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize teacher induction, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Coordinate internal and external Cambridge examinations, including registrations, coursework, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor student performance, analyze assessment data, and recommend interventions.
- Ensure all Cambridge policies, documentation, and inspection requirements are maintained.
- Act as the primary liaison between the school and Cambridge International.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, assessments, and student progress.




- Collaborate with school leadership on academic planning, quality assurance, and school improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Cambridge certification is mandatory.
- 5 to 8 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge school.
- 2 to 3 years of academic leadership or coordination experience.
- Robust knowledge of Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, Checkpoint, IGCSE, or AS & A Level programs.
- Curriculum planning and instructional leadership.
- Assessment and examination management.
- Teacher mentoring and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis and academic monitoring.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
