About the Role

Join our Software Engineering team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an AI Analyst/Engineer you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom AI Agents and enterprise software applications that support Milwaukee Tool's digital transformation initiatives. Working within an Agile development team, you'll leverage Oracle AI Studio, Oracle Cloud technologies, and modern development practices to build intelligent, scalable, and business-critical solutions.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Candidates currently residing in either location are encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom AI Agents using Oracle AI Studio.
- Develop enterprise software applications using Oracle Cloud technologies, including Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and Azure Cloud solutions.
- Build intelligent solutions leveraging Oracle AI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), VBCS, and APEX.
- Collaborate within an Agile software development team and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with lead developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.




- Promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and development best practices.
- Continuously learn emerging AI, Oracle Cloud, and software engineering technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI solutions using Oracle AI Studio.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software design principles, and development best practices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including:
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript
- .NET technologies

- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, database design, and query optimization.




- Experience with object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Familiarity with Git and distributed version control systems.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.

Technical & Skilled Skills

- Experience developing intelligent applications using Oracle AI Studio and Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team while managing multiple priorities.
