Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IELTS / TOEFL Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to train students for international English proficiency examinations. The candidate should also be willing to conduct classes on-site at our institute and actively contribute to students' academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach IELTS and TOEFL, including Spoken English, to students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials for IELTS/TOEFL training.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Prepare and administer mock tests, assignments, examination papers, and practice exercises.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their target scores.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and TOEFL exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
- Be willing to take regular on-site classes at the institute and maintain a professional classroom environment.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
- Prior experience of 1–2 years in IELTS/TOEFL training is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional English proficiency and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
- Ability to handle classroom management effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Must be willing to work from the institute and conduct face-to-face classroom sessions.
