Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead recruitment delivery operations and ensure timely and efficient talent acquisition as per client requirements. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT staffing, including Full time (FTE), Contract Staffing (C2H), and Staff Augmentation hiring models, with the ability to drive delivery strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for FTE, Contract, and C2H hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs while maintaining quality and SLA adherence.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and hiring documentation as per client requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and talent acquisition specialists.
• Set delivery goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve team productivity and recruitment effectiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand hiring requirements, project timelines, and workforce planning needs.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



networking, and recruitment agencies.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools.
• Supervise account delivery and ensure smooth coordination between recruitment teams and clients.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party staffing/recruitment partners.
• Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, delivery reports, and hiring metrics to leadership.
• Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-closure ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
• Drive continuous process improvements and optimize delivery operations.
• Stay updated on staffing trends, hiring practices, and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, client policies, and staffing regulations.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Delivery
• Strong experience in FTE, Contract Staffing, C2H, and Staff Augmentation hiring models
• Proven experience in managing recruitment delivery teams and client accounts
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and improve delivery performance
• Good understanding of staffing compliance, employment laws, and hiring processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
