Understanding Hiring Requirements

- Meet with hiring managers to understand job openings.
- Prepare or update job descriptions and qualifications.
- Sourcing Candidates
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Search for candidates through databases, referrals, and qualified networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Coordinating Interviews
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and provide updates to candidates
