Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer, Outlook configuration, OS installation, and hardware troubleshooting issues.
- Install and configure recent desktops, laptops, and peripherals as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows installation, printer troubleshooting, Outlook configuration, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
