We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team and execute high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions for multiple brands.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to build targeted campaigns, manage automation workflows, analyze performance metrics, and ensure best practices for email deliverability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple clients.

Develop engaging email content and coordinate with designers for creative assets.

Build and manage automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.

Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts to optimize performance.





Ensure email campaigns follow deliverability best practices and comply with industry regulations.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives.

Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.

Knowledge of email performance metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign optimization.

Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting campaign analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Positive to Have

Agency experience managing email campaigns for multiple clients.

Basic understanding of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle marketing.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tracking.

Experience integrating email platforms with CRM and marketing automation tools.
