Role: Team Lead -Operations

Experience:2 to 10 yrs

Location: Hyderabad

- Should be flexible to work in Night shift -

5 days WFO (Sat and Sun is a fixed week off)

- 2 way cab (upto 30kms)

- Monthly incentives

- 2 rounds of interview

Salary: 6 to 9.5LPA

What will you Do?

- Driving client KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Maintaining Attrition & Shrinkage of the team.
- Performance Management.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own.
- Dealing with schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues.
- Filling in for absent employees as needed to ensure smooth operation of the business. • Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
- - What will you need to Succeed?
- • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- • 5- -6 yrs,



with minimum 3 yrs in a people manager's role.
- • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- • Organizational and time-management skills.
- • Decision-making skills.
- • Graduate in any stream.
- • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success.
- • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- • On-the-job training.
- • Confidence and skilful negotiating skills.
- • Robust organizational skills to give the team direction.
