Job Title: Machine Operator CNC / HBM / HMC / VMC / VTL

Industry: Electric Rotating Equipment Manufacturing

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 - 15 Years

CTC: 5 - 12 LPA

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CNC machining centers for precision manufacturing of components used in Electric Rotating Equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and machining instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool changing, offset corrections, and first-piece approval.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production as per quality and productivity standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations

- Solid focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
