We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative, technology-driven products that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a solid blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and product leadership, with a proven track record of building scalable products from concept to launch.

This role requires a highly analytical and customer-focused leader who can translate business objectives into product strategies, define technical requirements, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical and data-driven products.
- Align product initiatives with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and data insights.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.

Product Development & Delivery

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and release management activities.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Drive continuous product improvements through customer feedback and performance analytics.

Data Strategy & Governance

- Define and oversee the roadmap for data platforms, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence capabilities.




- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build scalable and reliable data ecosystems.
- Ensure data quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness across product initiatives.
- Leverage analytics and business metrics to measure product performance and drive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Business stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
- Drive alignment across teams and ensure technical feasibility aligns with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional discussions, decision-making processes, and product governance forums.
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

- Present product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and product value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
- Drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities effectively.

Product Performance & Innovation

- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks.
- Analyze product performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI advancements, and best practices in product management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience managing technical, platform, data, or AI-driven products.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, scalable products from ideation through launch and growth.
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native product environments.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and deploying AI/ML models into production.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and AI ethics.
- Experience working with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence platforms.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise software, SaaS, or platform products.
