Role & Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 4 - 7 years of experience in IT development/engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Windchill PLM and ThingWorx(good to have)
- Experience in application development, customization, and configuration
- Robust knowledge of enterprise integrations (APIs, services, middleware)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with global/distributed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
