Key Responsibilities

1. Analytics Delivery & Execution

a. Own end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions including data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization

b. Develop and maintain dashboards/reporting across key domains

c. Build scalable data pipelines and python automations to ensure data integrity across multiple enterprise data sources

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Problem Solving

a. Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to define business requirements

b. Translate stakeholders asks into structured analytical frameworks and measurable outputs

3. Data Management & Automations

a. Design, maintain and automate robust data pipelines while performing data cleaning, validation, and data transformation

b. Identify gaps in data and work with upstream teams to improve data availability and reliability

4. Cross-Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

a. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive alignment on data 1 of 4 definitions and reporting standards

b. Identify process improvement opportunities and automate repeatable workflows

c. Contribute to scaling analytics capabilities within the team and mentoring junior analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field





• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a business analyst role or a related occupation, with a focus on data pipeline building, process improvement using automations, and building Tableau/Power BI dashboards

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, R or Python

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Solid verbal and written skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams
- Ability to balance and execute multiple complex data projects simultaneously, adjusting to evolving business priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outcomes
- 4+ years of strong SQL, and R or Python skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools or cloud based platforms
- 4+ years of experience in data-centric environments, managing data products (e.g., dashboards or reports) end to end; Strong understanding of data warehouse/lake concepts, including data pipeline design and data modeling
- 5.Proven skills of data management (data cleaning, data transformations, and data validation), advance analytics and visualizations with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- 6.Ability to interpret complex data sets, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business decisions
