Job Description:

- The role is to handle a very large sized project team.
- Responsible for Day-Day Operations Management including but not limited to Planning, forecasting, delivery management, reporting.
- Delivery management, client engagement, people management.
- Meeting Programs stated (SLAs, metrics etc.) and unstated (responsive, proactiveness etc) objectives.
- Point of Contact (SPOC) to client for the program performance and reporting.
- Overall responsible for meeting project goals and business objectives.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators and ability to take decisions to meet the KPIs.
- To possess excellent communication skills.
- To have ability to interact with key stakeholders.
- Present program results to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
