Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using Salesforce CPQ and Zuora.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to billing, orders, and contract management in the CRM system.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce CPQ or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of billing processes and ability to troubleshoot issues with orders and contracts.
- Proficiency in developing custom code using Apex or LWC (Lightning Web Components).
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce.
