Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a warm and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Build strong guest relationships through personalized service.
• Handle reservations, guest queries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and brand experience.

What We're Looking For:
13 years of experience in Guest Relations of Fine Dining Hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed personality with a guest-centric approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury dining setting.
