Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own our performance marketing strategy and lead digital demand generation across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for generating high-quality enterprise leads for our technology services and AI products while mentoring a team handling SEO, social media, content, and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, campaign execution, leadership, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Own and scale paid campaigns across:
- PPC Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- ChatGPT Ads
- Retargeting platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
- Build landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion journeys.
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, audiences and messaging.
- Optimize marketing spend using data-driven insights.

AI Product & Services Demand Generation

Drive GTM campaigns for Info Services AI Accelerators and enterprise technology offerings, including:

- AI Accelerators
- Cloud Services
- Data & AI
- Managed Services
- Enterprise Applications
- Digital Engineering

Responsibilities include:

- Product positioning
- Campaign planning
- Persona-based targeting
- Launch campaigns
- Lead nurturing
- Webinar and event promotions
- Sales enablement support

Team Leadership & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6.
- Weekly planning
- Performance reviews
- Campaign prioritization
- Skill development
- Quality assurance
- Resource planning

SEO, GEO & AI Search

Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic visibility through:

- Technical SEO
- Enterprise SEO
- Local SEO
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)




- AI search optimization for LLM-powered search experiences

Analytics & Reporting

Own marketing dashboards and business reporting.

Track and improve:

- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conversion Rates
- ROAS
- Cost per Lead
- Pipeline Generated
- Website Conversion Rates
- Channel Attribution
- Campaign ROI

Provide weekly and monthly executive reports with actionable recommendations.

Marketing Operations

- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Manage CRM lead flow and campaign attribution.
- Improve lead qualification processes.
- Coordinate agencies and vendors.
- Maintain campaign documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure timely execution of GTM initiatives.

- 610 years in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or IT Services.
- Proven success managing enterprise lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing annual digital marketing budgets.
- Team management experience is essential.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
